Adiel Tel-Oren Surrenders Chiropractic License

In 2009, Adiel Tel-Oren surrendered his Minnesota chiropractic license. The stipulation and order for voluntary surrender (shown beloew) indicates that: The board was concerned about his management of twelve patients. He claimed that he primarily provides nutritional counseling and that all of these patients were primarily nutritional, not chiropractic patients. The records for ten of these patients did not include a chiropractic examination to determine a preliminary chiropractic diagnosis, daily notes to justify chiropractic care, or chiropractic diagnosis supported by subjective or objective findings. The eleventh patient was hospitalized for a mental condition that was not reflcted in his records. He developed a personal relationship with the tewlfth patient that led to them living together.
