License Revocation of Diane Meyer, D.D.S.

In 2013, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) revoked the dental and controlled substance licenses of Diane Meyer, D.D.S. The action was based on a complaint that alleged that she had acted improperly in connection with her treatment of three patients. The complaint charged that she: Abandoned patient H.S., charged patient H.S. for a hospital visit that she did not make, willfully filed false records to document this activity, and refused to produce documents requested by the Department for its investigation. Abandoned patient P.P., refused to produce documents requested by the Department for its investigation, charged the patient for services not rendered, aided and abetted her son to engage in the unlicensed practice of dentistry, and displayed professional incompetence.
