Regulatory Action against Bryan Jepson, M.D.

Bryan Jepson, M.D., practices at the Thoughtful House Center for Children in Austin, Texas, which offers many unsubstantiated treatments for autism. In 2005, as noted below, the Texas Medical Board ordered him to pay a $1,000 administrative penalty. The Board’s order, which stated that its action was “nondisciplinary, indicates that while Jepsen was applying for his Texas license, information on the Thoughtful House Web site suggested that he was already licensed.
